Happy days – I’m home again! How good that feels. There’s still a long way to go – I remain extremely tired, and the huge doses of antibiotics I need to take four times a day continue to make me nauseous – but I’m finally eating again, which I struggled to do in hospital. The nursing staff were wonderful, as always, and I’m so thankful to them, Hoping now that, given the many tests I’ve had, the infection has been conclusively identified, and that I’ll soon be on the road to recovery. Thank you, once again, to all those who have been supporting me in their thoughts and prayers; I am touched and honoured by your concern.
